I played at Mr Sloty last month. I played through a few bonuses and just cash deposits so I'm not sure if I was playing through a bonus when I won. I withdrew £500 April 9th.
I've been in touch as it states 7-21 days on the website and I still haven't received anything.
I've been told ' Regarding about your withdrawal request we checked in our system and your request is still under inspection by our relevant departments. They must be sure that with your game and transaction history everything is as it should be according to the rules of checking the request for withdrawal. In some parths of checking delay may occur.'
I've been back in touch and I just keep getting told to be patient, they will not give me a timeframe.

Thanks for responding, No, I have not withdrawn with Mr Sloty before. I've forwarded some of the email trails including a screenshot of the account verification and transaction history.
I just keep being told to be patient, it will be with me soon and that it's with the accounts department.
