Hi there,


I came across one of your affiliates MrSloty, having played on Mr Sloty for a couple of months I had a win of £4,000 which was obviously fantastic.


Having then decided to withdraw these funds, I am still awaiting payment over a month later which is unacceptable and worrying. I have chased them many times and i’m just fobbed off by a chat bot saying be patient, we’re still reviewing the the withdrawal etc.


I am really angry that they can get away with this, I have never known another site do this. I have started to do research and other people have reported that they have had the same issues and some people have never received their winnings from MrSloty. 


However, I also came across people that had spoken to affiliates sites such as yourselves that list the site and asked them to drop MrSloty an email on the clients behalf and once an affiliate gets in touch, it’s seems to push them into paying out as they don’t want to be hit where it hurts which is driving traffic to their site/losing affiliates.


As I came across MrSloty on your site, I would be so so very grateful if you could drop them a line with my details to ask that they make the payment as I’m confident they will take notice of you guys and I will be paid what’s rightfully mine.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please specify if the winnings were made with the help of a bonus?

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.


Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.


We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
