I had won 27000 in free spin but after wager I got 5000 in my account and I was told to deposit money before withdrawal. Which I did but after I have a withdrawal they rejected it after 2 days. And I was just left with the deposit amount. All the winning amount was deducted and only the deposit money was left. I lost few of my deposit money but the money which I had wager was not given back
