Hello,


I registered in this casino about a month ago. I deposited there around 500 euros and I lost them. Today, 02/09/24, I deposited 500 bgn (260 euros) and I made two winning bets. My balance became 700 euros.


I sumbitted two times in the process of verification and then I couldnt log in into my account. I received an e-mail that my account is blocked. The reason- I might have been a risky player ??? wtf... The live chat agent only told me that they are returning my deposit.


So, I didnt take any bonus, I didnt abuse anuthing, I just deposited and made 2 winning bets. I sent several emails, they dont repsond neither to the phone. Avoid this scam. I will seek for my rights
