Mr Bet Casino - Player's withdrawal is delayed due to verification issues.

I have been trying to get verified to get my 4500 and they keep denying me Mr Bet,I have no problem with Luxury Casino or A.L.C but Mr Bet keeps rejecting me,I can read what I sent them.
