The player from the United Arab Emirates had deposited 30 USDT on June 9, 2024, but the amount had not been credited to his account. Despite contacting customer service and sending an email to support, there had been no response. After the player reported the issue to us, the casino contacted him and resolved the issue, crediting the amount to his account. The complaint was marked as resolved.

I have deposited 30USDT yesterday afternoon 9 June 2024, but up until now it has not been credited into my account. I have asked the customer service rep to assist, but they say they cant help and that i should send an email to: support-en@mostbet.com. I have sent an email to them yesterday, but still no reply. I have deposited and withdrew from this casino before, so this is very strange.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of hlubl. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Message from the player:

"Hi there, I have reopened this complaint. Again the same thing has happened. I deposited 22 USDT, and have not received anything. I waited a day, and then reached out to the email from last time. now 2 days later i still have no reply."
