I deposited 500 UAH, the money was successfully deducted from my bank card, the payment system successfully processed it, and the transfer was carried out as a P2P transaction. The intermediary payment system between me and the casino also handled the payment successfully, and I even have a screenshot to prove it.

So, when I saw that the funds weren't credited to my balance, I contacted the support chat about the issue. I provided them with the payment receipt + showed a screenshot showing that the system processed the transaction successfully. However, the operator told me to wait until they investigate. Later that same day, I contacted the chat again to check when the problem would be resolved. I was then asked to provide the following: account ID, time of payment, bank statement, the receipt, the card number used for the transfer + the payment amount, etc.


I provided all of this, although I didn't quite understand why they needed it when the receipt already had the payment ID, amount, and time.

More than 30 hours had passed, and the funds still hadn't been credited to my account. I contacted the chat again for details, and they told me I had provided an incorrect receipt 🤯🤦❌ even though I had submitted everything correctly before!!!

I sent the receipt with the payment again, and they replied, "wait."

Today, on 27.09.24, I contacted the chat again, and they told me to wait again, saying they couldn't help me! It's been 48 hours since the transfer, but they haven't given me any timeframe and said it could take anywhere from two days to 20 days!!!!!!!!! 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

I'm starting to suspect that I am dealing with SCAMMERS!

Please, help me resolve this issue!

1) There isn't a maximum timeframe for resolving the issue.

2) I have a receipt for the successful payment.
