At first the guy tried to say that I entered the bonus code in lowercase letters which is incorrect and I told him that. I entered the bonus code correctly and clicked the arrow next to it which added the bonus to my deposit. Then he said he was checking all the information again and after roughly a 20-30 minute wait he simply said he could not issue the bonus to me. He didn't even have another made-up reason why that time.

And yes I did play the funds that I deposited but that was before I figured out that they weren't going to give me the bonus they I am owed.

Since you played down your deposit, I am afraid there is not much that can be done regarding your bonus at this time. Bonuses usually can be credited before you start playing your deposited funds, but since you already started playing crediting the bonus would be impossible.
