The team had asked for solid proof of successful transaction hashes. The casino responded, confirming that the wallet address provided by the player had been used for deposits. However, they found that the transactions were marked as 'double spend' and were not received by their platform. The casino had offered to compensate the player with the transaction amounts in the form of a bonus balance with a x1 wagering requirement. The player rejected the offer, demanding 0.2 BTC. Well I been playing and they lock me out saying charge back I’ve been buying btc from PayPal and they send after they money I have pay pal debit so I’ve spent about 15000 here lost here there no big pasty of gambling but I warm up machine it’s hitting on fire betting .1-.3 mbtc get up to 38-45 mbtc each time they lock me out reset my account and take out 10 mbtc each time say charge back blockchain says once confirmed no charge back can happen they have charged back 7 times I sent them my statement and there was no charge backs and I adk them hoe am I supposed to know if I buy put the address in dend go to site money credit as and play but. Hi, the main problem is that we can't prove that the transactions were successful. None of them can be found on the blockchain which means they didn't get through. It's impossible to prove that the deposits were made and confirmed without the transaction hashes. Regarding the screenshot you sent, I can't tell which of the transactions were sent from your wallet and if they were sent to the casino.

Please refrain from using abusive language. As I stated before, it is common practice for casinos to display your deposits as available balances even before the transactions are confirmed. I will only be able to help you if you send me solid proof in the form of successful transaction hashes (not screenshots, please copy and paste them). In case the transactions failed and the funds didn't come back to your account, I would definitely contact Paypal and try to find out what happened since the casino has nothing to do with that.
