Hello, I deposited €50 at this casino and used the welcome bonus. Played through the bonus and followed all the rules. In the end I had €400 in my account. And wanted to pay out the €400. The next day I tried to register and my account was deactivated. I asked in the chat, but they didn't want to and couldn't help me because I wasn't logged in, but it didn't work either. I should write an email. Now I have described my problem via email and I am now waiting almost 2 days for an answer from the casino. Can you please help me withdraw my money. Hello, it's been almost 4 days and the verification wasn't quite finished yet. I was only able to send my cell phone number and deposit slip. After that, the account was already deactivated and I couldn't upload the rest to my account.
