I have an active bonus of 50$ that I need to wager 35 times for a total of 1750$.
I've been playing bets on games for probably more than the required wagering amount now and the wagering is still at 1750$ and hasn't move.
I tried contacting live chat and customer service by email and they are just giving me their scripted answers. Nobody even took the time to take a look at my bets to see if my claim is valid. I've played at this casino before and I made sure to play games that contributes 100% towards wagering. They are simply ignoring me.
