The player from Germany has requested a withdrawal almost two months ago. It has been received.
On the 5th of july a payment is requested constantly, the customer service is only put off and there is no trace of the payment being processed.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is unusually long time.
