Actually 0 stars. The site is 100% scam. The slots are, in part very obviously, not real or, to put it bluntly, FAKESOFTWARE.

After realizing this and deciding not to deposit anymore, they bombard you with ads. If you try to unsubscribe, it says it's unsubscribed, but the same ad comes back the next day. This is also not accepted in live chat and the account cannot be deleted. HANDS OFF

Did my withdrawal in Febrary, they did not pay until today 11th of April. Waiting 45 business days which is more than double the amount the support tells you for withdrawals (21 business days). All I hear from so called „support" is cheap excuses and reasons why they cannot process this withdrawal. I have been chasing nearly daily and they sent reminders to the „financial department" over 20 times now - and nothing happened. No matter how long you wait, they will always ask you for „a little more patience" and tell you that this will „be solved soon" and they „hope that you will get your money soon". Guys, only frauds act like this. The do not care about you at all and the only thing they will do is to cheat you on your money. Do never play in this casino, it is fraud. But the worst thing is that they show you that they really love to scam you - by being unfriendly or just cutting off the chat whenever they want, regardless whether you‘re sad, helpless or desperate. Again: NEVER PLAY HERE!

I've been playing at this casino for a while. Up until February 11, 2022, everything actually worked out well. Deposits and various withdrawals. On 02/09/2022 I won a higher win (with bonus). I then made a payout of 1800 euros and withheld 1000 euros. Since then I've been waiting for a successful payment. The chat support keeps putting me off here and I get an e-mail telling me to be patient because an exam is taking longer and longer. The whole thing is a pure delaying tactic to delay the payout. Once it said it will now be sent to the finance team to make the payment, another time it has to be checked further. With your remaining 1000 euros, I have now brought my profit to a further 9000, which I will no longer get. I haven't played any games for a few days now. At the moment I can no longer play in this casino because there are no more games running.

It’s been 4 months since I requested my withdrawal on a fully verified account .
Zero comms from the support email.
