I made a withdrawl of 250 pound wen the time limit of 21 buisness days past for pay out after they sent me countless emails to deposit more money while waiting my £250 pound coming they froze my account after 21 buisness days got no 250 pound I made 8 deposits on this site wen I finally won money they froze my account all I get bk in emails telling me your pay out is pending but they froze my account I cnt log in to it I know my heart I won’t see my winnings don’t deposit a penny on here there stealing folks money

Have you received a transaction tracking number from the casino? Have you received any payments from this casino in the past?

I made a withdrawl 4 wks ago still not got Money they lead me up garden path for a week telling me money be in with in couple days when I went to log in my account yesderday they block my account I emailed them asked why my account blocked they won’t give me an answer they keep saying clerical error I says where is my winnings they now just not contacting me back I made loads deposits over last couple months on there site when I made my 1st withdrawl of 250 pound they basically took Mick out me disgusting what there doing with folk how can they get away with that there playing with folks emotions I made about 200 pound worth deposits when I go to withdraw they won’t pay out brutal

One guy was told 4 months later to still be patient owed 500 pound there scamming folk nobody wins why this site still active

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. As the casino does not have a license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is nothing that can be done if they will not respond.
I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.
