I won some spins from the bonus crub. from the spins I won 43 euros and I had to withdraw this amount of 1900. after I did it the casino only credited me with 50 euros and the remaining 790 disappeared. they told me that the maximum profit is 50 euros. and I ask. where did the remaining 790 euros go? in the casino's pocket?when I ask them where this money went, they close the chat and don't answer me

the only one i found is this. here is the last play. here I completed the 1900 euros that I had to and they wrote off my profit afterwards and only gave me 50 euros

Please be informed that, as we have previously explained to the customer, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the Bonus Crab Free spins is 50 EUR, as per the following article of the Annex 2 of the Terms and Conditions:

5. Each try at the Claw Machine can bring prizes based on the toy which falls in the targeted tank. Prizes can be:

The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 50 EUR, any amount exceeding that will be voided.

For this reason, the amount released to the real balance was 50 EUR, the remaining amount of the bonus was deducted.

I have double-checked the terms and conditions and discovered that the maximum cashout from free spins is 50€. 80€ maximum cashout applies on non-deposit bonuses. We believe that the casino acted within its terms and conditions. So you are eligible only for 50€ in this case.
