I joined earlier in the year , deposited quite frequently and ensured I was verified . I fulfilled any bonus requirements i had .

On 24/7/24 I made a withdrawal request for £400 . After a week I contacted online chat where they said it can sometimes take up to 21 business days

Although this is ridiculous considering all my information was provided and there were no issues when they took my numerous deposits I waited .

I contacted them a further 3 times and have been told to be patient my and they would contact me if further 'evidence' required .

This evening they have again ended chat after the same line never allowing any further questions or giving a reason why the delay .

I have stated that I have read on some forums that people aren't getting paid and they told me not to believe what everyone says 🙄

I cannot get any further with them .

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
