I requested the withdrawal on 24/10/24 I am still waiting for it was told 7-21 working days which is ridiculous in itself


I have tried to email - emails either bounce back or go ignored


live chat is just the same automated messages - telling me to be patient and it will be processed asap I have asked to speak with a manager and I just get ignored
