I signed up to the site an deposited 20 pound which also gave me a bonus which was some free spins with that first deposit and free spins I didn't win so I decided to deposit another 20 pound I then got a huge win about 5000 pound when I tried withdrawing this I noticed I had wagering requirements before I was able to withdraw an had to verify my account so I fulfilled the requirements an also sent my details to verify my account I was left with 3500 I decided to withdraw the 3300 an carry on playing with the remaining 200 I applied to withdraw the 3300 on the 6/8/2023 after a week I still hadn't received it so I live chatted with them on the site an was informed it could take 7 to 21 days the date is now 4/9/2023 I hav again live chat with them an all I keep being told is be patient it is processing but no information when I am going to get my winnings the advisers then end the chat without my permission or without actually answering my questions

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

Hi I have uploaded 2 screen shots an sent them to the email provided 1 is a day or to after I requested the withdrawal which shows the date an the 2nd is from 2day (6th sep 2023) that shows it is still request an pending.

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
