I made a deposit and had a few wins. I have verified my account and withdrawn £2575 via banking (only option) on 28th March. This has been nearly 4 months. 61 WORKING DAYS. I have spoken to chat multiple times and just get told to be patient and wait longer. I have since read that the site is a scam and they are operating illegally. I want my money or I will go to the police.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise if you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

Hi. It’s the first time I have ever used this site. First time depositing and withdrawing. Unfortunately it turns out that the site is dodgy. This is a lot of money I am waiting for. Hopefully can be resolved soon. I just keep getting told to wait and wait.

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from . I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
