The player from the Netherlands had his account closed due to the provider’s decision. The casino felt like the player indicated gambling addiction, therefore they closed the account and refused to give him a cashback bonus. We believe, that the casino proceeded correctly, therefore we rejected this complaint.

Hi , can Magic red close you’re account with disagreements about safety , day before you’re get the 30 % cash back ? While they brake rules also ?

Dear Guru ,


i played as a good gambler with Magig red ... long time I was silver , then suddenly they called me about a € 200 euro cash and upgrade to Premium... my own personal account member Patricia , we started very nice ... I once already closed the account in the beginning to be safe with gambeling , then they started to say about 30 procent cash back about my deposits and withdrawals , I never did ( own fault ) and had some possibilities... so then she told me on the 1 or the 13 of the month you can claim cash back .... the first amount was € 523 euro cash back .... then once €50 and €300 but , we started later with disagreements about safe gambling .... i was in Lockdown in South Africa and I agreed that the next payment will be two days later because of my flight back to Europe on the 13juki ...... then after me being bit unfair ... they told me ime not responsible ..... they closed my account ... I told them to reopen because I agreed in Being unfair , and said sorry ..... but they also where not completely fair with giving money as a bonus ... so my cash back from the 13 July is never been calculated and now it’s closed and they first wanted to open ... got screenshots then they closed it. Told them will take it up with GURU they told me they don’t do business with you and account as premium member is closed due the fact they think irresponsible gamble ....


I hope we can solve it ...

I checked all your screenshots. Even though I didn't find the conversation which led the casino to closing your account, it was closed because the casino felt like you have some problem with gambling. Any casino has the full right to close the player's account in case they show any behavior indicating gambling addiction. Actually, we consider this to be responsible and the player protection is of very high quality.


In this case, when your account is self-excluded, it cannot be reopened and you cannot receive the cashback bonus. Additionally, to bonus receiving - the casino can refuse to give you a bonus for whatever reason.


I apologize, but so far, we believe that the casino proceeded correctly. If there is anything else, that could support your case, please do not hesitate to let me know and I will have a look at it, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this complaint.
