Dear Casino Guru!


I registered at the Mad Money casino on 02.07.2022. I initiated a payment on 07/03/2022, and a day later my account was blocked due to a security check. The verification went well, I submitted the documents that passed the verification process.

I have tried to contact the relevant department several times, but they do not answer my question.

I requested payment of my prize in LTC, which as we know is Instant. I have read previous payout issues with this casino where the casino cited the state of war. The war does not affect the transfer of cryptocurrency.

I would like to ask for your help because I feel that they will not pay my prize. If necessary, I will also contact Antillephone supervision, I received an e-mail address from them.

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, so it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Do I understand correctly that your account has been reopened after the security check?

Yes, you got it right. They said it was because there was a scam the day before where they tried to pay with several different credit cards and the card numbers were similar to my credit card numbers. The situation has been clarified. I never cheat! I have no reason to. I sent in the necessary documents, and they found everything in order, and apologized.

I managed to get in touch with them yesterday and they said it would take 7 working days to process the finances, which I accepted when registering. They still have two days, but I'm skeptical because I've read several payment complaints here on your site. So far, no matter how many casinos I've played, I've never had to wait so long for a prize.

I received an email today that I will receive my prize in 4 installments. The terms of use of the bonus stated that if the player wins from the bonus, the payout limit is 500 euros per week.

My account was put under further investigation for various reasons, which they said was a coincidence, which is why it took so long to pay.


It looks like the problem is solved.

This player has been paid. His account was originally frozen for a very unique situation in which our system identified his credit card as a card number already used by another player, a very well known VIP player of ours. It did take a few days to verify and sort this situation, but this player was cleared and his account reopened. As per our terms, players that claim the welcome package bonuses may have wins split which was done and he was paid. This has been resolved to satisfaction by both sides.
