I've been waiting for 3 payouts for almost 4 weeks now (€300, €200 and €500 all via e-wallet). I have written to support several times, be it live support or email support. Never got an answer. Also, I should always send an email to Accounting. Sent 6 times an email, no answer here either. To top it off, they banned me out of nowhere last week. Sorry but please do not deposit any money here! I've filed a complaint with Casino Guru, let's see if it does anything. But I advise everyone not to deposit money there, it's gone remember. Actually, I've always liked playing in the casino, and I've never had any problems paying out my money before... It's a shame

I can only strongly advise every player not to deposit here. There are many other casinos that also pay out winnings. You are always put off if you get an answer after a few days. Just cheating.
You shouldn't expect to get your winnings paid out in this casino. Again and again you are put off, either there are problems with the bank transfer or the holidays, which have lasted 1 month, are to blame for the lack of money. This online casino strikes me as very strange. I signed up here about a month ago. Then I wanted to set my limits under responsible gaming... it said COMING SOON... so nothing could be set yet and I thought: No, let's do it. This casino just doesn't exist anymore for me...
But I ALWAYS get ads from this casino, although I always make sure that I do NOT click on any ads when I register somewhere new... and I still get ads from this casino. I've also unsubscribed umpteen times now... but still get ads. Hello??? What shoud that?

They have a good selection of games, but that is all really immaterial, as they don't pay out your winnings. They are more than happy to accept your deposit, but try getting what you won.....I am now waiting eight business days for a withdrawal of 500 euros winnings, well past their own stated three to five day withdrawal terms.
I have contacted live chat twice, initially I was told by the chat operator I was in a queue ! to get my withdrawal payment, which I should receive in a few days, which was three days ago, and on the second occasion the connected chat operator did not respond at all.
The chat bot suggested I email accounting@madmoney.com, which I did yesterday, but no response. Waste of time, waste of money, do not play here.

As you can see from my complaint that I created they didn't even bother to answer. They don't pay nothing from your earnings and they tell you excuses all the time. And IF they pay you they will do it after 1-2 months probably. Stay away from this casino. No need to risk it.

I made several deposits and received bonuses in August and ended up winning about the same amount as I deposited. I made 3 withdrawal requests. The first was rejected, the second and third were confirmed. BUT: No payment was made. I've been waiting for my money since August 12th. The casino has very poor communication, most emails are not answered at all, very rarely there is an answer, but only after many days.

Scam Scam Scam. Stay away from this casino. If you win they will not pay you. I made a deposit without any bonus using Neteller and when I asked for my winnings they told me they had an issue with the withdrawal through Neteller and that it would be fixed in the following weeks. Of course their intention was for me to continue playing in hope I lose. When I requested my winnings through Bank Transfer they refused to pay me saying that I violated their Terms. Terms that allow the casino to take any player's winning at its discretion!
Stay away from this casino, they are thieves. They stole from me 525 euro. The good reviews are definitely fake!

I registered at the casino at the beginning of July 2022. I used my first deposit bonus. The conditions of the bonus included that the maximum payout could be 15X the bonus paid.
I reached this maximum, then I continued to play with this money, and my balance went up to over 2000 euros.

I initiated a withdraw, and then they asked for the necessary documents to prove my identity. In the meantime, they blocked my account, at first they didn't tell me for what reason. It later turned out that the day before (allegedly) someone tried to commit fraud, and since I also tried to pay with several cards (because the system did not accept it), their security system detected suspicious activity and investigated it.

After three days they said that my account was reopened and I could play, make withdrawals, etc. I made my withdraw on 07.05 and it took 10 days for us to start the payment... But how... They said that since I won the amount from bonus money, they can transfer 500 euros per week. This was not true just because the bonus money is maximized based on the terms of the contract, as I mentioned earlier.
After reopening my account, they limited my bets to a maximum of around 2-3 euros. It doesn't matter if I played in a live casino or on a slot machine. I couldn't even buy a bonus. They were afraid that I might win a bigger amount...

So that money was already raw money, from which I went over 2,000 euros. I got the first payout and the rest I gambled back because the rest for my own health.

Unfortunately, this casino is very cumbersome, it is extremely difficult to contact a competent person. He has indicated during our correspondence that he does not check his inbox 0/24 and he is very busy.
For anyone who thinks logically, it becomes completely clear that this casino is trying to get the player to play back their money.
Those of us who gamble know that this can easily happen.

Unfortunately, the result of the poorly regulated casino market in recent years is that almost anyone can open a casino and do whatever they want with the player.

I don't recommend this casino to anyone unless you want to have a rough day. Stay away! Look for a normal casino where, if you win, you don't have to wait 10 days for the first installment of your winnings, and where they don't make you look stupid.

I regret that we have reached this point in 2022, that they can actually do anything to us in the casinos under the Curacao license.

Always read the general and bonus terms and conditions thoroughly. Good luck! I finished the game... I hope many more will follow my example, because there is no remedy against fake money streamers and unreliable casinos. (I'm not talking about the Mad Money casino here, but in general.)
