Do I understand correctly that you made a deposit of Can$50 (dispute value) and you didn't manage to make any bets with it?

Did you activate any bonuses on top of the deposit?

I had only made the deposit and then I tried to log back in and it says stable disabled and I don't remember if there was a bonus attached or not

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
