I have been using lucky block casino and deposited over £1450 in bitcoin. they hadn't asked for any information on sign up and gladly let me deposit. I've just been informed Im from a restricted country and had my account blocked. But if I'm from a restricted country why am I allowed to deposit and play? I would like my deposits back as I would never be able to withdraw. I've contacted Curacao but they have no recollection of luckyblock on their site. I have evidence of deposits and live chats

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

However, I'd like to inform you that we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. In other words, if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. 

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country.

  • Was your casino profile filled in with the correct personal information before you deposited and played?
  • Is there any withdrawable balance on your casino account?

So you don't help people who have had there money taken by a operator who should not be accepting UK players? And they can deposit as much as they want till they win? That's really unfair on the player as they are just throwing money away

Personally I think this is shocking behaviour tbh. Luckyblockcasino asks for no sign up information at all and have no license to offer services in the UK so shouldn't accept UK players. And your basically saying casino guru is fine with people using casinos operating out of their jurisdiction.
