First deposit made via etransfer for $30 CAD. This funds were withdrawn and confirmed as ‘successfully deposited’ by interac. The amount was never credited to casino account and support claims it will be automatically returned, which is not possible if it has already been accepted and deposited by the recipient. Casino support will not resolve or escalate the issue, only suggesting to wait 2 more days, 5 more days, etc.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Thank you for your response. It was my first deposit via etransfer and I do not think i’m going to contact my provider as the amount is $30 and I don’t want to go through a lengthy process, as you mentioned. I would, however, appreciate if you could investigate so that the casino rating is affected so other players are not impacted by the same issue. I will email you a screenshot of the etransfer confirmation. Thanks again.

I don’t know if you have contacted this casino but suddenly today I received an etranfer for $30. Not an etransfer that was automatically returned, but one sent directly from the casino. So, I would consider this resolved, however the circumstances were still unusual and I would not deposit at this casino again. Thank you for looking into it.
