Upon receiving the complaint, we had reached out to the player for more information to better understand the situation. However, despite extending the response time by 7 days, the player had failed to respond to our messages and questions. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I have deposited total of 800CAD and won 4000CAD mostly in Bacarrat.


I withdraw a total of 3000CAD and got rejected and confiscated according to the support because I violated some terms and condition on betting to much while on bonuses wagering that I dont know what that is about.


All I know is I deposited 800CAD, won 3000CAD and I got robbed.
