The player from California has two withdrawal requests, one of which was paid out, while the other for $1000 is still pending. The casino claims that they are too busy to process the withdrawal. The issue has been resolved successfully.
I requested 2 withdrawal on 6/22., $1000 each. One was payout on 7/6. The other $1000 is still pending for approval. When I called they said they are too busy. That is not right and very unfair to player who played with their hard eatned money.

Without active bonus. The request on may 4 is paid out. I called everyday and all they said is they will expedite, and has been saying that for the past 2 weeks.
