My situation is very bizarre.

I received notification from my Bitcoin wallet had incoming ($82.87). I thought this was odd because I dont have ANY w/d requests for this amount. I go to all the sites who owe me money (there are 6) ONLY pending W/D that was no longer pending was Lucky Legends.

I go to Live chat to ask where my other $15 is because I could see on the Blockchair that their fees were ONLY $3.62.

Long story short...Lucky Legends is insisting this payment was not from them and that they JUST approved my w/d and hasnt been sent yet.

I kept trying to tell them "This is absolutely you". No other casino pending w/d have been approved yet. ALL are still pending except Lucky Legends.

I showed them the wallet address it was SENT from and even the Hash which shows the transaction ID and they STILL say it is not them. But it is!!!

I never received a confirmation email about the payment being processed OR sent. Just an alert from my Bitcoin wallet provider.

So...in short. Where is the other $15 and why is the Casino insisting this payment is not from them.

Bizzare right??

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Since when exactly is your payment pending in Lucky Legends? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Not sure why I have to answer the following questions again as they are already said here.

No. Was not a free promo. Deposit w/Promo was $40.

First complaint here will show that I was MADE to do the ENTIRE playthrough over as they insisted I had not. And I did. Actually FAR exceeded the required $600 more playthrough.

Account was fully verified: Answer: I have no idea. About a month ago.

Yes. Have spoken to the Live chat...like I have clearly indicated above. And it was about this current matter. What else would it be about. Kinda weird question.

Current issue: (incase it isnt clear in complaint)

...In short...Casino has sent $82 of my $100 w/d request. Wanting to know where other $15 went and also Casino is claiming this is not them who sent this payment. EXTREMELY odd situation

No payment received from this Casino yet. It's all 1 big cluster of nonsense. I was mistaken earlier. I have not been paid by this casino as of yet.

Not sure why it says "Disputed amount" $15. The disputed amount is $100. And spoke to Live chat area again because I still have not gotten this payment and TODAY they tell me my documents arent in order. Can you believe this? Please help me get my money from them so I can be done with this. Its not even the money now. Its the principal. Dear God. I have been thru enough with these people

Hello. Not 100% sure but think this case can be closed. Got a payment today. No email confirmation or anything. Didnt know who it came from. Extensive digging and going to 8 Casinos who currently owe me...Live chat at Lucky Legends used words like..."likely" and "looks like" nothing affirmative. But I believe this payment is from Lucky Legends.

Lucky Legends rep: You may now, and PLEASE remove me from ALL communication. DO NOT send me emails or ANYTHING. I am dumping you. I have told Live Chat. I have unsubscribed thru my account and have you blocked on emails but I know from experience that doesnt matter.

Remove me ASAP....A*****@gmail.com AND TAn****@aol.com (because you are mailing me here too!! This is my work email. Knock it off)
