Hello,


made an withdrawal 24/06 and the money is still not sent from the casino.

The chat just saying they do not know when it will be done and that they dont work at the finance departement.


its now 11 days since my withdrawal and The terms says within 7 days.


please help me with this case.


This is Luckycrypto terms:

8.2 Withdrawals shall be provided within 7 (seven) days time after completion of KYC and approval of Your Account

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
