The player from the US played with a bonus. The casino confiscated his winnings after requesting a withdrawal. Since the player claimed 2 No Deposit bonuses in a row and later stopped responding, we were forced to reject this complaint.
They gave me a bonus for Christmas a $20 on my account I played the $20 through their 1,200 points to complete the bonus and then my winnings I have continued to what you win up to $600 then I tried to cash out so while my money was withdrawal they applied another bonus for referring a friend to the casino and I played through that bonus then I tried to withdraw my money and they said that I can't play two back-to-back bonuses for a voids my winnings

they took all my winnings told me I can't play back to back bonuses.I forfeited one of the bonuses so meaning I only played the one bonus

Yes they were no deposit bonuses.the first bonus I was sent an e-card for some Christmas surprise. It said to get ahold of the casino and ask for my surprise. So I did and they gave me 20.00$. I had to play thru $1200.00 for the bonus. Because you can't cashout with an active bonus. So when I met the requirements of the bonus I was ahead 600.00$. I cashed out my winnings and they had my winnings in transfer pending. So my account was at 0.00. This was thru the holidays so they said it was taking longer. Well I wanted to play so I did a reversal withdraw on like 60.00. So now I have 540.00 pending transfer. From that 60.00 I won again and tried to cashout 100.00. So I have a pending 540.00 and a pending 100.00 withdraw. I'm like this casino is pretty cool so I refer a friend to the casino and they gave me a 20.00 referral bonus. Okay I play the bonus. Bam they say my winnings are voided because I played back to back bonuses. And took my winnings. That's some b.s.
Unfortunately, this is standard practice, and claiming two No Deposit bonuses in a row is prohibited by most casinos. Not all casinos can enforce this on a software level. I am sorry, but we are not able to help you in this case.
