I deposited and made a few tens of dollars and thought about withdrawing. Now 5 days have passed and at least another 5 days to go, because they canceled my withdrawal for no reason and when I made a withdrawal request again they of course said that it would take 3-4 days from the next day to process the withdrawal. Customer service keeps repeating the same mantras without answering anything. Complete nonsense and undervaluing the player. In addition, they gave incorrect advice in the chat regarding the use of bonuses and have since prevented me from logging in and now I can't even access the chat anymore.
Edit 28.5.2026: the problems continue. They sent a few free spins at the same time because I activated them last time, after which they announced a "technical error" which was the reason they canceled the withdrawal. My experience with OnlySpins was quite bad, mainly due to the issue of withdrawals.

During that period, support offered no real solutions, only repetitive responses like "it's being processed," without providing clear timelines or concrete information.

I made two deposits to the casino, I played the first deposit with a decent (100% / 35x) welcome bonus. The wide selection of games, smooth site operation and bonuses are positive. However, these do not save the experience if there is no possibility to win money from the casino. However, they are not of much use if you can not actually win real money with them.
The first problem is the RTP of the games on the site, which is really low, like all sites in the same group. An even bigger problem is the non-functioning of withdrawals. You have to wait days for a withdrawal, it may bounce as a wreck for no reason and you are told to put it back in, meaning you have to wait days again.
