won 150 euro from a no deposit bonus, tried to withdraw but they suspended my account and kept the winnings.


Don't ever deposit money to this site, go for the bonus and hope you get withdrawal approved.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions to see if Denmark is listed between restricted jurisdictions for free bonuses, which is not the case https://www.luckycreek.com/terms-and-conditions, the only restriction I have found is the following one:

"A maximum of 1 withdrawal is permitted; where a player has won using a free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made). Exception: To players playing from Denmark and Greece a maximum withdrawal amount of $50 applies."

Could you please advise if you received any explanation from the casino why your winnings have been confiscated and account blocked? Have you redeemed any free/No Deposit bonus in this casino in the past?
