Over the last 2 months , I have requester a withdrawal that started at 1000.00 no luck , the I asked for 2000.00 still no luck now is at 1500.00 and still no luck only excuses. bank info wrong , documents not enough, so many times I have chatted and never got the same answer twice but have been assured my winnings will be forthcoming.

I reached out again today for my withdrawal by chat again I am told that my bank info is incorrect even tho it was confirmed by chat member after I sent it yet once again.

I still am having no luck in getting Luckland to pay out my winnings. I got an e-mail from some Nicolas acct manager for my bank info and i sent it to them by e-mail to customer care and then also by chat. I cjecked today and the money had been put back in my acct again. First it pending then it isn;t , then it's pending again and then its back in my acct today. I honestly feel I am begin ignored and they are not never gonna pay out my winnings. I dont know what to do anymore , seems like they just want me to gamble the 1500.00 I have been requesting for such a long time. No this not the first time I have tried to withdrawal my winnings. I first asked for 1000 then I won again so I asked for 2000 , the I played again and asked for 1500.00 that is where it ended. The only communication I had with the casino mostly thru chat. I have a couple e mails I can try to send you.
Hi finally Luckkand has paid me out my winnings. I am happy about that but I still feel it took too long , many hours spent on trying to get help and completely frustrating. I will play again with the casino. Thank you.
