I forgot my old account and made a new account I expressed this to them and so they know already did I had to make a new account because I can log into my other one then on top of that on top of trying to pull out my winnings they told me that multiple cards were used what person in the United States only has one bank card please explain that to me then they said that they refunded my account how do they refund my account if they won't put the money back on my card I sent them all the receipts I spent on the game I have all three cards in my possession and they still won't pay me my money they need to pay what they owe

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please could you clarify what the problem is? I have checked with live chat and players are allowed to deposit with more than one bank card, as long as the card is registered on their name. 

This is what I found in regard to withdrawals:

"Cash outs will be credited to a player’s original deposit method, unless otherwise offered by the site. If you cannot receive your cashout through your original method of deposit, please contact us."

Why your deposits are being returned to you? Have you been accused of multiple accounts or breaching depositing rules? I hope, we will be able to help you as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
