The player’s verification failed. According to the player, when he tried to contact the casino after renewing his passport, the casino had no record of him ever playing there. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

i tried to make a withdrawal some time ago now and they had every excuse under the sun to reject my identification, photo blurry etc, when it wasnt at all.  i ended up giving up, but contacted them again after renewing my passport.... then they have lost my account. no record of me ever playing there.  whereas i have hand written notes from the time i tried verifying to withdraw and emails i could try and retrieve. i complained to casinomeister they told me i had no hope they were dodgy..... what do i do? its not fair..... even if they offered some kind of compromise i would be happy like my money back....
