The player from Greece had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. The player's payout had not been received at that point. We had advised the player to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. However, the player had reported that the money had been received and the issue had been resolved.

This complaint is only being filed because of the red flags that have been faced so far, as a guarantee that everything will go smoothly with my withdrawal.


My account has already been fully verified.




21/01/23 - I played with a deposit bonus, after successfully wagering it, I requested a withdrawal via USDT(Crypto) which was the method used for deposits at Locowin, I would like to report that I could not select my USDT address network at any point during my attempts for a withdrawal.


22/01/2024 - The withdrawal was rejected due to problems with the casino's payment provider.




I requested a new withdrawal to my LTC address and am currently waiting for it to be processed. Again I was unable to select my LTC address network, which I believe may be a problem in completing the transaction.


This complaint is being made relatively early but I feel it should be made so that there is an assurance that the transaction will proceed as normal.


Thank you for your time and I will update on the progress of my withdrawal request when I hear back from the casino's payments team on the status of my withdrawal request.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
