Provided verification as requested then tried to make withdrawal and I was told I need to update my name to match prof of name. Contacted live chat who was rude and would not confirm why I was getting this message when I provided correct first and last name when signing up and my drivers license had same first and last name. Agent closed chat and said talk to security dept

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying your first and last name seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all personal documents required for the verification?

i was having issues with them not helping and the system kept asking me to update name. I emailed and got that taken care of and was advised by security account was verified and to make withdrawal. I went online to make withdrawal to be met with we need more documents. They want a bank statement showing deposit made to Leon Casink but I used e-transfer so my statement only shows money sent to Gigadat and will never say Leon Casino. I sent them email I got from Gigadat with bank name my name and amount sent to Gigadat with date and time stamp in it. That wasn’t accepted and only a bank statement is acceptable. I cannot get a bank statement showing deposit to Leon Casino because it will always say Gigadat when I send e-transfer? So I will never be able to get my winnings?
