The player from India has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

They are saying there specialists are working on it and they don't have an update on it . One thing i can not understand that why a reputed casino like Leon is using individual bank accounts for deposits .
They don't have many options for deposit they are giving just upi as an option other options are chargeable
