Hello.Despite my continuous efforts for authenticating my account the casino do not accept my bank's extrait for one of the cards i used to deposit money.I have told them many times to authenticate throught my other cards but they keep on asking for the same card.I used to have an older account without any problems but this time because the ammount is big they are creating problems.Please advise
