The player from Hungary had won a net 140€ from a no-deposit free spin bonus. He faced issues with withdrawing his winnings as the casino demanded a deposit equal to the wagered bonus funds, referencing their terms. The casino's responses to the player's queries had been slow and unhelpful. We had attempted to engage with the player for further details but received no response. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I came across this casino regarding their no-deposit free spin bonus, where I won a small amount and was able to make it to the wager amount resulting in a net 140€ win. When trying to withdraw the casino referred to their terms:

  • "10.6.4 In case of a repeated use of no deposit cumulative bonuses on the Company’s sites without making a cash deposit in the interval between using bonuses, the Casino reserves the right to ask the user to make a deposit equal to the wagered bonus funds on their balance at the time the withdrawal request is submitted (not less than 10 €), and ask to wager the deposit three times. If the user refuses to make a deposit, all received no deposit cumulative bonuses and all related winnings shall be deemed void."


This is a really grey area as far as I can understand as in normal cases you would be able to withdraw without an issue, and the more I read I can find cases where people went along with the casino's deposit requirement and then had their account blocked resulting in scamming their own money on top of their amount won originally.


I contacted the casino and they are taking more and more time to reply without any explanation, but from a subjective perspective this pratice is malicious. The email used to conduct support do not contain any name or information about the company either.


I am still in the process of trying to figure out what to do, that is why I am posting to let other users know that this site and all it's other groups are very fishy.
