The player is complaining about the long withdrawal process. He made several successful withdrawals before. Also, the casino asked him to switch the withdrawal payment method. Hence, the player needs to verify his account, which he did, but he has not gotten any feedback from the casino.

Hello please help me get my money from lasvegasusa.eu

 

I was playing there last July with deposit of 200 and bonus 400 usd.

I was able to win 8613.50 usd and cleared the wagering requirements for the 400 usd bonus.

The balance after removing the bonus was 8213.50 usd.

They were able to play my first 2 withdrawal, 1000 usd and 600 usd last July.

 

I currently have a pending withdrawal of 613.50 usd from August but it's October now and still not paid.

 

I have emailed almost all of their email addresses and also did live chat almost everyday but they did not tell me my is my withdrawal delayed for so long.

 

They told me they cannot send to Neteller and then told me they can send to Bitcoin.

I gave them my bitcoin address but after that I did not get any reply.

 

And then on live chat they told me to verify my address so I emailed my address bill to security@lasvegasusacasino.eu

I also emaild them my new address and asked them to update my casino profile but I did not get any reply back

 

I am tired of them ignoring me, please help!

I also have a remaining casino balance of 7000 usd.
