The player from the US requested a withdrawal. It has been received.
I have 3 pending withdrawals from this casino. They will only pay out $500 at a time. When I contact them, they copy and paste a canned response. I successfully received my first pay out to the same bank.
I am waiting for 1 from 4/11 and one from 4/14

Yes I did. I had $2500 in winings at 1st after playing through the bonus. They broke them up into $500 payments. I have additional winnings, and have requested those through payback to my credit card. To date, I have not received any more money, besides the 1st $500.

Please be informed that there was a technical hold up on the processing bank's side, therefore Bitcoin was offered to the customer as an alternative option in order to receive the winnings as soon as possible. Currently we are working on resolving the matter with the payment provider in order to process wires in a timely manner. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences it might have caused.

I was never informed that there was a problem. I was just given a canned response and told that I could give them a Bitcoin account.
I also have 1 more requests pending and one going to my credit card. That has not been received either.
I have linked my Bitcoin account and would like to receive all of the payments via that account please. I have already asked Sindy from billing. Please advise. I have $2500 in deposits that I have not received. Thank you,
