it only took the casino 5 days for my verification. Then everything has been verified and the account is fully verified. Then I made a withdrawal. I've been waiting for processing for 64 hours. It is still pending after almost 3 days. I wanted to settle the problem peacefully with the casino. I asked you several times in the chat to process the payout. Unfortunately without success. I therefore ask for your support. I am not getting any further at this casino at the moment.

Thank you for writing. So the winnings were 100 percent with no bonus whatsoever. A bonus was never active and no bonus is active either. Unfortunately, the withdrawal was not approved. She has been 'pending' for 4 days. There are no correct answers from the provider. The account is already verified. So should I wait to file a complaint? I find it very unusual for a payout to be pending for 4 days. This is very unusual and dubious for an MGA casino. That surprises me . MGA actually stands for security. So do you advise me to wait?

unfortunately the casino no longer reports on the case. Only standardized mails are received. The 72 hours are long gone. I would be happy if you take action. I urgently need the money. It's a scandal that I've been put off for over 5 days. Even though the casino has a mega license, there is no help at all.
