I made my first deposit not knowing if I won big I wouldn't receive my winnings they say if i win big on my bonuses I would not get my money and its true they kept my winnings and put $500.00 back into my casino account and then blocked me so i can't log back in or chat with someone

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.kingcasino.com/info/bonuspolicy/:

"If you place a wager using only your bonus funds, and win, you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of £500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed £500 you will only receive £500. This bullet point shall not apply to: (i) any winnings received through the use of a free/extra/bonus spins where the relevant cap on winnings can be found in the Free/extra/bonus Spins Section above; and (ii) any winnings received through the use of a bonus where no deposit is required to generate such bonus and the relevant cap on winnings can be found in the Restrictions Regarding Casino Bonuses Section above."

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predator, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

Could you please advise how much was your deposit that has triggered bonus promotion and if you have received your capped winnings?

Hello I had made a deposit of $70.00 and when they had put the $500 back into my players account I played and then lost went to go on to see my transactions the next day and i was blocked from getting in

I’m sorry but I still don’t understand completely. What did you mean by "I lost"? Did you lose your $500 bonus winnings?

yes they didnt send the $500 to my bank account they put it back into my players account i ended up playing the $500 and lost it they also reopened my account so i can sign in i will not be playing at this casino anymore to me this is not fair as how are you to know that your going to win big on your bonus spins
