Hi,


I am from India, I made my account on King Billy by July, 9,2022 under 30 spin bonus, where I got $45 with 30x wagering. After completion of wagering they deducted all balance and given $150 in my account. But that time i was not having usd withdrawal payment option so i continue play with my main balance. Later my balance reached $570.00, I talked with many customer support they told me now you are welcome to withdrawal but first you have to deposit minimum amount and need to weger 3 times and after that you have to upload document for account verification.

Same I did I have deposited INR 500 and Wegered 3 times later I uploaded my all document for account verification which got approved but they told me you can not withdraw money in INR since you earned money from USD also I have requested withdrawal of $50.00 in dogecoin which got rejected by mentioning crypto withdrawal is not available for your account. As per customer support they told me to deposit minimum amount via skrill and no need to weger simply message us and we will set up skeill in your account and later you may withdraw.

After all this I started play again on July 11 and my balance reached $3100 where I lost some balance and on July 12th my balance was $1891.00 and also I was having akrill account with me but when I contact customer support I connected with a guy Joe who is very much rude like I did something wrong with him and he is taking rahenge.

I get to know this is happening because I earned this much but he deducted my all balance and again my balance went to $150.00 which is very big cheating also he said this under our t&c. He also mention do what you want he don't care anything.

I am Indian gambling is not legal in India.

We all aware about that.

But this is not about money this all about trus in a single minut that huye broke my all trust.

I have debt of 12 lacs INR but I thought bi I can bring my life again on track also I thought I will buy a byke and will use king Billy steaker on that but in a single minut my all trust, dream got broken.

Really what I can do if any casino will say I will not give your money do what what you want.

We can't do anything.

Moreover I don't have anything to say my be suside will be my final dream of my life.

From that bonus i have earned $45+ .where i have completed my wagering on 39x and later my balance was cut as per bonus rules. Than i spoke with many representative they asked me to wager 3X in INR to eligible for cash out. I have done the same and my INR balance zero. Later i spoke with one representative Jenifer she said now you are welcome to cash out but your winning in USD so you can not cash out in any other currency that time my balance was $571 but in night it was $3100+ and when i spoke in next day with representative Joe he saw my balance is $1891. He simply cut my all balance into $150.00 and said he don't care anything it is the rule. My concern is how same rule he can apply multiple time and again asking me to deposit and wager 3x. it means only i have to deposit can't withdraw. Currently my balance is 0 and i am struggling to get my actual winning $1891.

Hi, Actually I forgot my winning it was really huge that is why they cheated It was a big cheat of life. But the thing is bonus and deposit both are showing in my account. That guys whom I spoke last time in chat hi deducted my balance and said he don't care anything. That time only i get to know this big scam happened with me. See on 10th July only I was able to withdraw my winning I just checked for withdraw bhut they rejected my withdraw stating Crypto withy is not available for you than i reached my balance $1871 which they deducted again. I already lost my job because I given so much time in these 3 days to earn this balance. Big cheat happen with can't I trust on these website if we want we can play only for enjoyment but not with real because if we win big they will not give money. file

As per Mates my winning got reduced but it reduced twice.


1. I got 30 free spin

2. Completed wagering.

3. My balance got reduced

4. Again I earned with that reduced balance

5. Later that is manually reduced


So, In step 5 they did cheating that is why they reduced my balance which is auto reduced after completing wagering.

The purpose of no deposit bonuses is to introduce the casino to the player and let him try the games and vibe of the casino. Sure, winning something with no deposit bonus is possible, but these winnings are always limited. 


In this case: 

To cash out from the no deposit bonus, the deposit is required. 

Because RajuK didn't make the deposit after the casino cut the balance the first time, he didn't meet the condition for withdrawal. When the casino cutted the balance it doesn't mean that this money was real money. Because RajuK didn't make a deposit after the deduction, and he played with the balance; the casino had right to cut his winnings again.


I am sorry RajuK, but no deposit bonuses has some rules which you need to follow.

Let me write some facts:

Did you receive the no deposit bonus for registration? - yes

Did you win? - yes

Were you able to withdraw the maximum allowed sum (150$)? - yes

How? - deposit in USD, not in INR. It is not possible to convert the USD balance to INR.


We believe it was just a misunderstanding, we were not trying to deceive you in any way

I am truly sorry that you feel it that way. As I explained, after the first cap of the balance, you didn't make a deposit required for withdrawal. Therefore, we believe that the casino had a right to cap your balance again.

There are rules which you need to follow. If you deposited after the first cap of your balance, we would be standing on your side.

Yes I have deposited as per discuss with their representative. They only asked me to deposit in INR for withdraw this amount also they asked me to weger 3 times of your deposit which I done thereafter my balance got zero in INR later their representative said you are always welcome to play in USD if your balance got zero in INR.


after that i again started playing in USD also I have got one more bonus of 200 spin by reaching Barron level.

Than they got shocked why m warning continues and they deducted my balance later I made that $150 balance zero because of their cheating and my frustration.


But in this term they are lying I have deposited after 1st deduction and that as per their request.


Also I have received email like congratulations for reaching Barron level and now you will be one of our VIP player.


And later they did these things with their VIP player.

Secondly, you played with $150 and lost.

We would have found a solution for a successful withdrawal if you had not lost your winnings.


All you had to do was deposit in USD, not INR because your winnings were in USD.

That is the maximum amount earned from the no deposit bonus that reaches your bank account.


You got free money.

You played and won.

When the casino cut your wins, you continued to play instead of making a necessary deposit and withdrawing the maximum amount. (that is your fault, you can't blame the casino for that) 

And when you won again, you are blaming a casino that cut your winnings again?

I am sorry, but you didn't even deposit before, so you do have no right to keep the whole winnings despite the fact that the casino once cut the amount.

All you can have is max cashout from no deposit bonus.


If you think that we are unfair, you can complain everywhere you want, but the result will be the same as with us.
