Totally fake person ..they give bonuse only 8k and i won 2.65 lac suddenly they cut my winnings..by saying thoese things which are not mentiond in bonuse terms ...... it's a hub of crime..badhan name guy is main culprit ..criminal activities going on this site ..this site must be ban..pls help me to back my money ..it's a very stress full

I deposit 18k ..and I applied 50% evolution bonuse of rs 9000 inr ..it was given manually.. ....at night i won 2.41 lac at evolution Baccarat table ...next morning at 1.45pm my balance was 284111 inr ..afer 2 pm i open my account ..password not correct .. suddenly they whatsapp me my new password .when i open my AC all money was roundoff only 18k was in account ..when I saw in withdrawal history withdrawal status was showing 284111finish (paid to client ) ..what a fake thing going on .now they are not responding .. moral of the incidence is they withdrawal all of my amount of 284111 ..it means my winnings are debit from cassino too but not yet credit to me ..and they just added 18k new which i dep ...think how I feel stress and bad ..why these things going on..why innocent players are target ..it's a creeping of crime ..pls help me out

Cassino support team not listening me and they give me one WhatsApp number which is 9310295531..i m already blocked on this number ..how i feeling bad . .how this cassino grab my winnings ..cassino members has taken withdrawal this is big big crime going on..they refuse to give me my winnings earlier and they cash it in their own account

Pls read it carefully...i deposit 18000 on 26th Feb and cassino give me bonuse of 9000 ...total money i have 27000 in gaming wallet till 28th Feb my balance was 284k inr ...suddenly cassino support call me on WhatsApp and they said ur all winning must be zero .coz u beach bonuse terms ..when i ask them any reason they don't said any thing clear..with in 10 minutes they withdrawal my all amount 281000 and they show fresh deposit of 18000 ...i call them they said we have sattle ur account ....why they do this ..where my amount gone still i m not able to call themfilepls see in sreen shot ...where is my money now ...u connected to cassino what they said c

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Unfortunately, we are not able to force the casino to cooperate in resolving the complaints, and no one has contacted us until now.

Since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and there is no other option than to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

There is one more option on how you can try to resolve your issue or speed up the process - I recommend you contact the gaming authority that regulates the casino and submit a complaint directly to the regulator. In case of any questions, do not hesitate to contact me at branislav.b@casino.guru.
