The player from Italy had experienced an issue with a casino after reaching a balance of approximately 800 euros using a bonus. The casino had seized the winnings, citing a maximum bet allowance of 100 euros which, according to the player, should have only applied to the bonus, not winnings. The player's requests for clarification had been ignored. We, as the Complaints Team, determined that the player's issue was related to sports betting, which was outside our jurisdiction. Therefore, we had been forced to reject the complaint, despite having offered to contact the casino on the player's behalf for further information.
