Hi, I joined Jungliwin on the 18.6.23 and paid in 500 Euros. After I won some money Jungliwin blocked my account.


I wrote JungliWin on the 18.6.23 and asked for the reason why they closed down my account and asked to pay out the money on my account. I wrote them a few rmails now and I always get the same answer since 10 days: they have forwarded it to the relevant department and as it is a complex situation I need to wait for their feedback.


Why is it complex? I paid in, won and they closed my account and refuse to payout.


I also asked them to tell me the exact amount on my account and they refused to answer.


I believe they want to betray me and want to keep my money incl. the money I won.


Help would be much appreciated.

Do I understand correctly that you had around €850 in your casino account when the casino blocked your access? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Could you please advise which games you focused on while your account was still active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?

sure I can:

I never use bonusses, ie I paid in the 500 EUR and placed 5 bets on one sports game only (various outcomes). I won all bets. Of course I did not take screenshots of my bets as I did not expect an account closure. So before I was able to check my balance the casino already blocked my account. So JungliWin closed down my account just after my first bets.


There should be between 825-850 Euros on my account. I placed 5 bets on 1 game (EM basketball women Slovenia vs France) but I do not know the exact quotes anymore and how much I placed on each outcome. But there should be something around 850 Euros on my account.


So yes, its sports bets. But thats not the issue. The issue is, that I opened an account and they just closed it for no reason. And now they always answer the same via Email when I ask: "Your request has already been transferred to our responsible department and is being processed now, please be so kind to wait for a while. As soon as we have any updates, we will contact you via email." - since 10 days now.

I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue if you only focused on sports betting.

sorry, but I do not understand. It is not a complaint about sports issues.


The issue is: I opened an account and they closed it. It has nothing to do with sports bets or casino. It is an issue that they closed down my account for no reason and, I have to assume, try to steal my money...or at least I do not understand their intention.


If you still believe that this is not a casinoguru issue, please tell me other pages. The problem: I hope they have the casino listed. As e.g. askgamblers has not.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
