Hi

I made withdrawal’s on this casino on 2nd February, 6th February,7th February and 8th February. They delayed my withdrawal saying that wait for one week there is a technical issue while processing withdrawal and after one week their site is under maintenance from last 16days . They are giving the same reason from last 15 days when maintenance will complete then only we can process your request.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if they were your first withdrawals in this casino? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

I am playing on jungle raja from last 2years or more . I am a loyal customer of there casino, My account is fully verified and I have taken so many withdrawals from them in past. But this is the first time my withdrawals are delayed for more than 3 weeks.

Yesterday they resumed their services and I played some games too. I spoke to them on chat regarding my withdrawals they said wait till end of this week it will be processed and today I am not able to open there website it is saying that access is denied in your country.. They have closed the casino or what? I don’t understand why they are doing this . They don’t want to pay to customers and they are cheating with customers.. please look into this matter and help me to get my withdrawal..
