The player from India had his winnings vanished from the account. After contacting the casino we found out that the money disappeared during a technical glitch. The casino paid back all the winnings lost during the technical glitch, however, the player wanted to receive back all his lost money. Unfortunately, we rejected this complaint because he was not entitled to get back money lost during game round which were not affected by the glitch.

"Sir, I was complimented in Jungle King Casino. 5 then compiled 6 times but did not respond After 2 time I recorded the screen of the play game and sent the proof of the video, then my complaint was received.After that, when I asked for the compliment of the complaint for 7 days, the team came to investigate.ा ाYou will get a sound in 24 to 48 hours But I did not get any breath today, I got immortal, then I was the last one, credited it to my only account of Rs 32.16. Sir, I have complained 6 to 7 times in the past, but I did not have a fixed play game time date winning amount.So Jungleeraja Casino did not respond to me And I came to know that only then I had only 2 video records of the last, in which only I will get my normal amount He has also only added Rs 32.16 to Only Last Complaint. Please note that if there was a technical glitch in the game it's on the game provider not the casino. For now it seems like the casino is trying their best to recover your funds from the glitch but it takes more time. Can you please confirm that you have received some money back from the casino?
